Located in Central Saanich, Prosser Place is a 51-unit affordable housing building operated by the CRHC, and includes units for low to moderate income individuals, seniors, and families, including those with disabilities.

Prosser Place is within 1 km of the village of Central Saanich with local amenities including grocery stores, restaurants & cafes, a pharmacy, bank and municipal hall. Major bus routes run directly in front of the building along East Saanich Road and along Wallace Drive within 250 metres of the building.

Each home features open concept living spaces, large, bright windows, private balconies, 5 appliances, and closet space. The building also has two elevators and 61 stalls of underground parking and one MODO carshare spot on the surface. Cats are permitted on the 1st and 2nd floors only (no dogs allowed). Fees and/or deposits may apply – all pets must be spayed or neutered. The building is smoke free.

Do you Qualify for Affordable Housing? Applicants combined annual gross household income must be between $50,001 and $82,310 for a 1 bedroom home, and $65,001 and $128,810 for a 2 bedroom home.
