Twenty-Seven Eighty-Two

Located in Langford, Twenty-Seven Eighty-Two is a 58-unit affordable housing building operated by the CRHC, and includes units for low to moderate income seniors, individuals and families, including those with disabilities.

Set near Langford’s urban centre, Twenty-Seven Eighty-Two is a 5-storey wood-framed building, part of the Tri-Way Mobile Home Park lands. Shopping and schools are nearby.

Each home features open concept living spaces, large, bright windows, private balconies, 4 appliances, laundry areas, and closet space. The building also has two elevators. Cats are permitted on the 1st and 2nd floors only (no dogs allowed). Fees and/or deposits may apply – all pets must be spayed or neutered. The building is smoke free.

Twenty-Seven Eighty-Two is just a short walk to Langford Lake, the largest lake in the municipality, which offers swimming, fishing, boardwalks, walking trails, beaches and an accessible playground.

Affordable housing residents apply and are selected through the CRHC application process, which may include the BC Housing Housing Registry, with eligibility based on income.
