Set near Langford’s urban centre, Twenty-Seven Eighty-Two is a 5-storey wood-framed building, part of the Tri-Way Mobile Home Park lands. Shopping and schools are nearby.
Each home features open concept living spaces, large, bright windows, private balconies, 4 appliances, laundry areas, and closet space. The building also has two elevators. Cats are permitted on the 1st and 2nd floors only (no dogs allowed). Fees and/or deposits may apply – all pets must be spayed or neutered. The building is smoke free.
Twenty-Seven Eighty-Two is just a short walk to Langford Lake, the largest lake in the municipality, which offers swimming, fishing, boardwalks, walking trails, beaches and an accessible playground.
All applicants must qualify for units based on the operating agreements of individual buildings. Only applicants who meet these terms will be offered a rental unit. Only those families with dependent children, or couples that require an additional bedroom for medical accommodations, qualify for two-bedroom, three-bedroom, four-bedroom or five bedroom units

With easy access to Highway 1, Langford features excellent transit service with routes running to downtown Victoria every 10 minutes.
